The Pennsylvania Gaming Act might have an unconstitutional portion of it which has recently come under the scanner.
There has been a committee set up known as the House Gaming Oversight Committee, which is looking into the matter so that they can get the glitch fixed before the year comes to an end. The Chairman of the committee was urging the committee members to get the fix done as soon as possible. A hearing was held by the committee last Wednesday.
